Jodi Tikkanen - Receptionist/Accounts Receivable

Jodi is in her 3rd year with Kelley Equipment. She joined Kelley Equipment having managerial experience in the customer service industry. Jodi began her career with the Kelley as a receptionist, where she was additionally responsible for handling the salesman’s quotes, customer contracts and correspondence. In her time with the Company, Jodi’s duties have evolved to include the accounting functions associated with Accounts Receivable, daily and contractual billings, notices & releases, insurances and various other administrative functions. Jodi maintains an excellent reputation and rapport with our customers, providing them timely service with bids and contractor prequalification requirements. In 2008, Jodi earned her AA degree, and is currently working towards a BA in Education.
